YachtWay, an innovative leader in the yacht industry, is on the lookout for a Front-End Developer to join our team as a founding engineer. With our initial product already developed in partnership with a leading development studio, this role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our marketplace product.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a frontend-leaning full-stack capacity (most of your work will be frontend but we might need you to jump into some small backend work here and there)
• Develop a deep understanding of the tech and product
• Collaborate closely with the development studio and be our technical liaison to them

We’re Looking For:

• Passionate and driven individuals ready to embrace the challenges of a founding engineering role.
• Proven experience in frontend development, especially React, NextJS (Page Router), CSS
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• A fast learner and problem-solver, ready to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
