About the role The company islooking for a Senior Front-End Developer (6+years) tojoin and work full-time with their exciting team. Asa Senior Front-End Developer , you will beresponsible for designing and implementing user interfaces, ensuring the responsiveness and performance ofweb applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers and UX/UIdesigners, tocreate seamless and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate should possess astrong proficiency inmodern front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and apassion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities ● Develop, implement, and maintain front-end components ofweb applications. ● Collaborate with UX/UI designers totranslate design mockups into responsive and interactive user interfaces. ● Ensure the technical feasibility ofUI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum speed and scalability. ● Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. ● Debug and resolve issues related tofront-end functionality, ensuring asmooth and bug-free user experience. ● Work closely with back-end developers tointegrate front-end components with server-side logic. ● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders togather and understand requirements. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and improving overall user experience. ● Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging front-end technologies toenhance application performance. ● Conduct code reviews tomaintain code quality and adherence tocoding standards. ● Provide mentorship and guidance tojunior front-end developers, fostering acollaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. ● Implement and maintain testing processes toensure the reliability and quality offront-end code. ● Collaborate with quality assurance teams toidentify and address issues before deployment. ● Document code, technical designs, and project-related information tofacilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer. ● Proactively identify areas for improvement inprocesses, tools, and technology stacks, and contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives. ● Proficiency inbuilding reusable components and implementingbest practices for component-based architecture. ● Strong expertise inbuilding server-side rendered (SSR) and statically generated (SSG) web applications along with serverless functions. ● Experience with unit testing and integration testing. ● Understanding ofcode-splitting and lazy loading for efficient resource utilization. ● Basic understanding ofdeployment processes for Modern JSweb applications. ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
