We are looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist to support MacPaw with its strategic goals. You will join our Financial Planning and Analysis team to collaborate closely with key stakeholders in order to develop financial models for our business units. If you have strong financial and planning skills, Excel\ Google Sheets expertise and are eager to understand the business processes of MacPaw, we can’t wait for your application

In this role, you will:

• Participate in the development and execution of detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
• Prepare comprehensive analyses, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders, clearly communicating financial performance and projections to make informed decisions
• Develop and refine business models, integrating financial data with business insights to support planning and decision-making processes across the Business Units
• Monitor industry trends and changes in the business environment, assessing their financial impact and advising on appropriate actions
• Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and objectives, providing critical financial insights that drive strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
• Continuously improve financial forecasting models and methodologies, leveraging best best practices and technologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• ACCA, CFA student or holder
• 3- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a senior role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience with financial forecasting and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets
• Communication and stakeholder management skills

As a plus:

• SQL for BigQuery
• Mentorship experience
