It is important for us:
- higher education in finance; none">3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting;
- ability to build a financial model from scratch (revenue forecast, profit/loss statement funds);
experience in the full
cycle of the company's business plan — from data collection from
departments to the final presentation to management;
advanced spreadsheets, scripting; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">ability to work with large data sets;
knowledge of SQL or experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) will be an advantage;analytical thinking, ability toformulate conclusions and recommendations based on data;
developed communication skills — the ability to explain financial concepts in simple language;
- responsibility and result orientation.
- CFA Level 1/2; experience in digital companies;
English at the B2+ level.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
business planning and forecasting: development and support of financial models (revenue, expenses, profit), scenario planning (basic/optimistic/pessimistic options) and regular updating of forecasts;
preparation of analytics for management: creation of financial data;
- font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">financial analysis and improvement: font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> analysis of deviations "plan vs fact", analysis of margins, profitability of departments, customers and products; determination of factors affecting the financial result;
proposals for improving efficiency: formation of practical conclusions and recommendations for optimizing costs, processes and profitability;
financial modeling for strategic initiatives: evaluation of new products, markets and potential investments;
cash flow forecast: formation of forecasts in terms of currencies and countries, coordination with the cash-management team;
working with data: processing of large arrays of financial data, interaction with ERP/CRM systems;
interaction with stakeholders: collection and validation of assumptions from department heads, coordination of forecasts and plans;
continuous improvement: tracking the effectiveness of financial forecasts and initiatives, participating in the improvement of FP&A processes.
