In connection with the development of a new project, we are opening a new position —Senior shift (night), who will become a reliable support for the team and help ensure the smooth operation of food production.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of production shifts.
• Preparation of dishes according to technological maps and recipes.
• Distribution of tasks between employees disciplines.
• Quality control of finished products, expiration dates and storage conditions of raw materials.
• Prevention of defects and write-offs of products.
• Participation in accounting and general cleaning.
• Training and adaptation of new employees.
• Maintenance of necessary documentation and reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Education: vocational secondary/special (will be an advantage).
• Work experience: from 1 year in a similar positionor from 5 years as a cook.
• responsibility, discipline.
• Ability to work in a team, honesty and integrity.

Working conditions:

• Schedule: 5/2, 10-hour shift (230 hours/month)
• Day off: Friday-Saturday.
