We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join the team! If you are highly qualified, have experience in international finance and are looking for development, we are happy to invite you to an interview.

Main responsibilities:

• Independent performance of tasks and setting/control of tasks and procedures by junior specialists.
• Execution and organization of accounting procedures in the areas of mutual settlement accounting, budgeting and cash accounting.
• Provision of reliable and complete accounting information, reporting by units and divisions.
• Participation and support in the automation of accounting procedures.
• Management accounting and reporting of individual plots.
• Management of mutual settlements and cash management.
• Intragroup distribution and cost accounting.
• Support and plan-fact analysis of budgets of individual units and divisions.
• Formation of management reporting of different levels.

Requirements:

• Professional higher education (accounting and auditing, finance).
• 3 years of experience as a financial manager or deputy/assistant CFO.
• Experience with international jurisdictions.
• Experience with payment systems.
• Practical experience of organization, management accounting and reporting.
• Experience in drafting and monitoring budgets at different levels.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems and understanding of integration processes (1C, Quickbooks or others).
• Experience in describing and optimizing business processes.
• Developed analytical skills, systematic approach to problem solving.
• The ability to quickly understand the functionality of systems.
• Independence, thirst for learning, optimization and quick use of acquired skills and knowledge.
• Flexibility, the ability to quickly change focus between tasks, to effectively allocate time between them.
• Honesty and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• English at Intermediate+ level.

Desired skills and experience:

• Availability of certificates and recognized qualifications (IFRS, management accounting, financial management, etc.).
• Experience of working as a financial manager in holding structures.
• Experience of participation in process optimization and automation.
