We are inviting an experienced Financial Manager to join the team! If you are highly qualified, have work experience in international finance and are looking for development, we are happy to invite you to an interview.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements (BS, P&L, CF).
• Monthly budgeting with explanation of deviations.
• Reconciliation and control of the company's expenses across various expense items.
• Analysis of receivables and taking measures to reduce them.
• Management of cash flows (control of compliance and appropriateness of payments, absence of cash gaps).
• Compilation of financial and economic models of various projects (Unit-economics).
• Participation in the creation and modernization of management accounting systems.
• Analysis of the company's financial results, profit calculation, preparation of relevant reports.
• Participation in projects to optimize financial processes, development of internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics
• Experience working as a financial manager or deputy/assistant CFO from 3 years.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in financial and management accounting
• Experience with ERP systems and understanding of integration processes (1C, Quickbooks or others).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets at a high level
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Experience with international jurisdictions.
• Experience with payment systems.
• Developed analytical skills, systematic approach to problem solving.
• The ability to quickly understand the functionality of systems.
• Independence, thirst for learning, optimization and quick use of acquired skills and knowledge.
• Flexibility, the ability to quickly change focus between tasks, to effectively allocate time between them.
• Honesty and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• English language at Intermediate+ level.

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience as a financial manager in holding structures.
• Experience of participation in process optimization and automation.
