Recruitment process:
1. If your experience meets our needs, during a short telephone conversation we will ask you a few questions about your experience and motivation.
2. Then we will invite you to a recruitment interview with Karolina and Magda from the recruitment team.
3. The last stage of recruitment will be an interview with Leszek, CEO of Brainhub, with whom there will be the opportunity to cooperate on a daily basis.
*If there are issues that require additional clarification, we will organize another - this time shorter - conversation. After a few days, we come back with a decision and comprehensive feedback.
Candidate profile
We are looking for a person who has experience in coordinating the receivables process (minimum 5 years). You also know that working in this position is not only about filling out tables and reports, and understanding the business and the nature of the organization is crucial. You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You are committed to delivering work at the highest level and openly sharing your professional opinions.
Good if:- You have at least 5 years of experience as a financial controller
- You know and implement the best practices in financial controlling and management
- You use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- You are detailed and accurate in completing tasks
- You may appearmeet at our office in Gliwice 1-2 times a month
- You communicate fluently in English - at least at C1 level
Great if :
- You have experience in working with Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio (welcome)
- You have experience with IP BOX (welcome)
