Senior Financial Controller in Talent4Business

 We offer interesting work in a  fully owned subsidiary  Europe’s largest airline consolidator, headquartered in Berlin, Germany. 

Senior Financial Controller is an existing position, and we are looking forward for a replacement of a colleague who is changing jobs internally. 

The main area of responsibility for the Senior Financial Controller includes:

Financial Controlling:

Invoicing to customers (primarily Group companies), respective billing and collection 

Managing the company Cashflow

Managing the Company remuneration data 

Supporting inventory of HW and other assets

Managing formalities of contractual relations with Private Entrepreneurs

Managing other company contracts and related paperwork

Managing  accounting transactions in SAP

Managing admin activities and relations with the local suppliers, including banks, office landlord, insurance company, utilities providers etc. 

Budgeting process within the Group process and guidelines

Reporting process within the Group process and guidelines (P&L, Financial forecasts etc.)

Supporting the company Director in HR-related aspects

Team Management of the Controllers team (2 persons at the moment), who provide data processing services to various Group companies. 

We expect candidates to:

Be self-motivated and independent

Be able to manage and motivate small to medium size team(s)

Have university degree in Finance otherwise at least 5 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance Controlling positions

Speak English and Ukrainian at professionally sufficient level

Have successful track record in either international companies or local ones, having experience with international customers or suppliers, SAP user experience is a plus.
