REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Higher education (economics, finance, accounting or related majors).
- 6+ years of experience in one or more areas: management/financial consulting; corporate finance / FP&A / controlling.
- Practical experience in building budgets and/or participating in the implementation of budgeting systems.
- Deep understanding of: financial statements; the structure of the company's income and expenses; principles of budgeting, plan-fact analysis, scenario planning.
- Experience in describing business processes, developing regulations / regulations / policies.
- A confident user of Excel (modeling, scenarios, summary tables, formulas)
- Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings and present complex things simply.
- Experience managing a small project team (2-4 people).
ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Lead individual areas of the budgeting system implementation project (from diagnosis to pilot operation), be a "contact person" for the client.
- Conduct interviews with management and key users, record requirements for of the budget process.
- Analyze current budgeting regulations, the structure of the CFS, article regulations, composition of functional budgets; to form a proposalstatements regarding their improvement.
- Develop a targeted budgeting methodology.
- Participate in the preparation of functional requirements for the integration of the budgeting system with accounting systems.
- Coordinate the work of consultants/analysts on the project, maintain the quality and logical integrity of the approach.
- Prepare presentations, methodological documents, and present them to the client.
- Participate in testing solutions, supporting users during the period of experimental operation, collecting feedback and initiating improvements. Knowledge of SAP, basic BI skills will be a plus.
