Senior Financial Analyst in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced financial analyst for a mil-tech company in Kyiv.

This role will provide one of the key areas of the business with support in matters of financial planning, control and management, as well as the organization and structuring of relevant processes.

In this position you will:

• Support one of the production lines in planning, analytics, plan-fact analysis (PL, Cash Flow, BS — budget, Rolling Forecast, short-term planning)
• Responsible for accounting and analysis of financial indicators of the direction, budget tracking, KPIs of development teams, structuring of data in terms of programs > direction teams > projects / development products
• Provide financial modeling of projects, calculation of financial flows by direction, investment projects, Cash Flow
• Plan and analyze expenses in terms of programs, projects, project indicators
• Support department heads on the financial side
• Perform Ad hoc requests
• Carry out cost calculations, product prices for this direction, profitability analysis, after launching development into mass production, CF analysis of products / development programs

This position requires the following knowledge and experience:

• Високий рівень розуміння фінансової звітності (PL, BS, CF)
• Навички фінансового моделювання, побудови фінмоделей, розрахунку / аналізу проєктів
• Високий рівень володіння Excel й Power Query, знання MS Power BI — як перевага
• Проактивний підхід, високий рівень автономності, time-management, team player, ініціативність, орієнтованість on the result
• Experience of working at a manufacturing enterprise (understanding of production processes, principles of production cost calculation)
• Organizational abilities, high level of hard & soft skills
