Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A in Enavate

We’re going places, and we want you to come with us.The Senior Financial Analyst will be a part of the Corporate FP&A team, and will focus on the reporting, analysis, planning, and budgeting of the financial results of Enavate’s business. The person in this role will work closely with business leaders to better understand the financial development of business segments and operating expenses and helps to identify risks and opportunities. They will develop financial models to visualize the impact on revenue, margins, EBITDA, and cash flows and will work both on the analysis of historical financial results and forecasts. In addition to monthly and quarterly forecasts, the Senior Financial Analyst will also play a key role in the development of EBITDA-improvement actions and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Your Day Will Consist OfWorking with business leaders to develop forecasts and budgets and improves forecast accuracy.Reviewing and analyzing financial results for reasonableness, and analyzing variances to forecasts and budgets for business segments.Creating reporting templates and dashboards using source data to provide visualization to the end-users and their business partners.Providing advice to management regarding opportunities to improve margins, increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Partnering with project managers to monitor delivery & support projects and to ensure revenue is correctly recognized.Developing data-driven analyses and metrics to identify key trends, potential risks, and opportunities, and analyzing current and past trends in KPIs.Working in conjunction with the Senior Leader of Finance & Accounting to ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial statements.Supporting the Senior Leader of Finance & Accounting and CFO with M&A and other ad-hoc projects.Working closely with Senior Management to identify EBITDA improvements and develop related action plans.What will it take to be successful in this role:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree and (CPA) license, or (CMA) certification are preferred.7+ years of experience in a Corporate FP&A role including 5+ years of experience working in the Professional services industry.Ability to think both strategically and tactically about business problems while helping craft the story around the business.Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles for tech companies.Advanced applications software expertise (MS Office, business intelligence, and accounting software).Integrated ERP system experience – Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.Comfort working in a multinational environment and collaborating with global teams.Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.About EnavateBased in Tampa, FL, Enavate proudly holds the esteemed title of Microsoft Gold Partner.
