Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A in Enavate

We’re going places, and we want you to come with us.The Senior Financial Analyst is part of the Corporate FP&A team and focuses on the reporting, analysis, planning, and budgeting of the financial results of Enavate’s business. The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with business leaders to better understand the financial development of business segments and operating expenses and helps to identify risks and opportunities. He/she develops financial models to visualize the impact on revenue, margins, EBITDA, and cash flows and works both on the analysis of historical financial results and forecasts. In addition to monthly and quarterly forecasts, the Senior Financial Analyst also plays a key role in the development of EBITDA-improvement actions and the annual operating plan (AOP).What We OfferDynamic Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment that values innovation and creative thinking.Leadership Opportunities: Lead a Finance Operations team and report directly to the CFO, with potential for expanded responsibilities and career growth.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a tight-knit team that empowers passionate individuals to make impactful decisions.ResponsibilitiesWorks with business leaders to develop forecasts and budgets and improves forecast accuracy.Reviews and analyzes financial results for reasonableness, analyzing variance to forecasts and budgets for business segments.Create reporting templates and dashboards using source data to provide visualization to the end-users and their business partners.Provides advice to management regarding opportunities to improve margins, increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Partner with project managers to monitor delivery & support projects and to ensure revenue is correctly recognized.Develop data-driven analyses and metrics to identify key trends, potential risks and opportunities and analyze current and past trends in KPIs.Works in conjunction with the Senior Leader of Finance & Accounting and Corporate Controller to ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial statements.To support the Senior Leader of Finance & Accounting and CFO with M&A and other ad-hoc projects.To work closely with Senior Management to identify EBITDA improvements and develop related action plans.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree, (CPA) license, or (CMA) certification is preferred.10+ years of experience in a Corporate FP&A role including 5+ years of experience working in the Professional services industry.Ability to think both strategically and tactically about business problems while helping craft the story around the business.Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles for tech companiesAdvanced applications software expertise (MS Office, business intelligence and accounting software)Integrated ERP system experience – Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.Comfort working in a multinationalenvironment and collaborating with global teams.Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Join us and be part of a team that's revolutionizing finance operations while making a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
