Senior Financial Manager — Europe, GCC

Are you a senior finance professional with a passion for managing financial operations and driving financial performance? Join our team at OMNIC as a Senior Financial Manager and lead our financial operations across Europe and the GCC region.

What will you be responsible for:

Financial Operations Management:

• Control day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all payments align with the approved budget.
• Oversee financial activities and ensure compliance with regulations in Italy, Latvia, UAE, and KSA regions.
• Coordinate with regional accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Monthly Reporting:

• Prepare and provide comprehensive financial data for monthly reports.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information for all regional entities.

Team Leadership and Troubleshooting:

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve any financial issues or discrepancies that arise in a timely manner.
• Implement best practices and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Strategic Financial Support:

• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate the financial impact of new business opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in financial management, with a focus on managing regional financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute financial plans that drive measurable results.
• Experience with 1C.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the European and GCC markets is a plus.
• Ability and desire to travel as needed and relocate to one of our offices (Riga, Latvia).
