Due to the scaling of the company, we are looking for financial controller with IFRS and consolidation of reporting to our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Compilation of consolidated financial statements of the Group of companies according to IFRS and UPR standards in terms of business segments;
  • Automation of 1C to optimize preparation of consolidated reporting.
  • Passing external audits;< /li>
  • Preparation and analysis of management reports on the activities of various business segments for management decision-making.< /font>

Functional duties:

  • Closing the period: control of the quality and timeliness of closing the accounting of each legal entity, reduction of closing periods;
  • Consolidation and transformation of reporting of the PSBO Group in IFRS and UPR standards;
  • Development of a unified reporting template and relevant analysts for the Group of companies;
  • Automation of the transformation process and consolidation reporting of the Group using 1C tools;
  • Preparation of analytical reports for requirements for various parameters of business segments: rental, construction, management services, etc.;
  • Calculation of business and investment models of various projects;
  • Interaction with other divisions of the Group of companies (accounting, treasury, controlling, IT) regarding the improvement of analytical data and the implementation of best practices in the reporting process;
  • Audit: supporting PSBO, IFRS audits of Group companies;
  • Key expert 1C (UTP, Consolidation, Treasury): automation and writing technical specifications in the area of ​​responsibility;
  • < li>Accounting policy: adjustment and synchronization of accounting according to PSBO, IFRS, UPR standards.< /li>

Personal and professional requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience: audit, consolidation of reporting specialist, financial controller ;
  • Higher economic education, studies or existing CAP certifications/ DipIFR/ACCA/CFA;
  • High technical level of functional knowledge : 1C, MS-Office and other accounting systems.
  • Project management: the ability to lead cross-functional financial projects;
  • Knowledge and understanding of accountingprinciples under PSBO, IFRS, UPR, their practical maximum convergence and adaptation;
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical knowledge, communication skills, orientation to the result and internal customer.
