• development, approval, updating of internal regulations on personal data protection;
• monitoring of VND Bank regarding compliance with requirements in the field of personal data protection, approval of contracts with administrators and joint owners of personal data processed by the Bank
• development of privacy policies and privacy notices for clients, partners of the Bank.

For this position, it is necessary:

• higher legal education (master’s degree), work experience in a specialty of at least 5 years
• knowledge of banking legislation and legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• An advantage will be: work experience in the banking sector / work experience in the field of personal data protection, including the availability of appropriate certificates that confirm the completion of training programs and/or the level of knowledge in the field of personal data protection
