OSCHADBANK invites to the team  Senior expert of the department of implementation of innovative projects of managing the development of business processes of retail business

Key tasks:

• Ensuring the development, analysis and optimization of business processes, related to the implementation of innovative retail business projects.
• Creation and support of requests for software developers and the Bank's informatization department.
• Formation of requirements for contractors (software developers) regarding changes to the existing one, or introduction of new functionality in terms of servicing individuals for retail products, including through alternative channels.
• Conducting software testing of retail business products and processes, recording test results and interacting with software developers, coordination of units participating in testing.
• Participation in the development of standards for the creation and design of retail banking products.
• Participation in the review of the Bank's internal regulatory documents on innovative retail business projects.

For this position, you need:

• Higher education.
• Work experience from 1 year.
