Functional tasks:

• Design and approval of the architecture of new IT systems in accordance with modern principles (cloud-ready, event-driven, API-first, security-by-design, etc.);
• Conducting an architectural assessment of existing IT systems, their reengineering or gradual withdrawal from operation;
• Interaction with development teams, DevOps, IS, analysts, external suppliers to ensure the integrity of architectural solutions;
• Participation in the formation and support of the architectural vision and IT strategy of the NBU;
• Ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, productivity and security of IT solutions;
• Conducting architectural control within the development life cycle systems;
• Development of architectural documents, standards and design templates.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience from 4 years;
• Higher education in the fields of: information technology, computer science, applied mathematics or related specialties;
• From 5 years of experience as an IT systems architect (solution or enterprise architect level);
• Successful experience in designing complex distributed systems or modernization of outdated IT solutions;
• Practical experience of interaction with development teams (Agile/Scrum/Kanban);
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, deploying systems in private/hybrid clouds - will be an advantage;
• Deep understanding of the principles of IT system architecture, including: multi-tiered systems, microservices, event-oriented architectures, API gateway, message bus, event brokers;
• Good understanding of basic infrastructure components (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, web servers, balancers, middleware, monitoring, analytical/BI systems);
• Knowledge basics of security of IT systems and standards (for example, OWASP, ISO/IEC 27001);
• Knowledge of the basics of distributed systems based on DLT (blockchain) technology;
• Knowledge of architecture standards and frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, C4 Model, etc.;
• Ability to work with architecture modeling systems (Sparx EA, Archi, Draw.io etc.);
• Ability to structure complex solutions and present themteam and management;
• Systemic thinking and strategic vision, initiative and innovation, teamwork.
