Senior engineer in lifecell

Your role and value:

In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the telecommunications network and the quality of service for our subscribers. Thanks to your work, clients will receive stable Internet, television and prompt technical support.

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Management and control: coordination of the work of technical personnel, distribution of tasks and control over the execution of planned maintenance (PPR), elimination of accidents and connection of new subscribers.
• Construction of networks: planning of works, verification of the technical possibility of connection and acceptance into operation of already built facilities.
• Working with contractors: coordination of external organizations, quality control of their work and preparation of documents for the closing of construction stages.
• Administration and accounting: keeping records of equipment (TMC and SRE), entering data into systems (UserSide, SAP, BPM, SD) and checking reporting.
• Legal and external support: work with contracts for the lease of infrastructure (supports, cable sewers), support of documents from construction and installation works and representation of the company's interests in local authorities.

• Experience: successful work in the telecommunications field in engineering or management positions.
• Coordinating skills: the ability to effectively allocate resources and control the quality of work both of one's own team and of contractors.
• Working with documents: literacy in preparing acts of completed works, contracts and reports.
• Communication: ability to negotiate and defend the interests of the enterprise at the level of local government.
