The ideal candidate will have aproven track record inemail marketing strategies and campaign execution. AsaSenior Email Marketing Specialist, you will beresponsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization ofour email marketing campaigns todrive engagement, retention, conversion, and nurturing leads. Your role will bepivotal inguiding advanced email initiatives that resonate with our diverse audience and foster long-term customer relationships. Requirements: 3+years ofexperience inemail marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry, with aproven track record ofdriving results inafast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency inemail marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Getresponse) and marketing automation; experience with HubSpot preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency inany other email marketing platform isrequired. Create engaging copy for email campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and derive actionable insights, including experience with A/B testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience with HTML/CSS and email design best practices, with the ability tocreate and optimize responsive email templates. Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced English (verbal and written)— must Fluent inUkrainian (verbal and written)— must! Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies tomeet company objectives. Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure alignment ofemail marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights tooptimize future campaigns. Stay abreast ofindustry trends and best practices inemail marketing todrive innovation and continuous improvement. Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts toenhance email performance and deliverability. Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution ofcampaigns.
