We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, entrepreneurial, courageous, proactive and result-oriented Email Manager to join the Email Marketing team and help us with our email communications better and more successful.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in the position of Email Marketing Manager;
• Experience with campaigns and automated chains;
• Experience working with a large user base (from 500k);
• Understanding of all the main best practices and deep knowledge of the technical side of email marketing;
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to think dynamically about technical problem solving and troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate+ level and generally excellent communication skills.

Will be a big plus:

• Knowledge of html and the ability to compose letters independently;
• Previous experience with Stripo, SendGrid, SmartSender;
• Understanding the logic of spam filters and the presence of successful cases of getting out of them;
• You are a confident basic user of Figma - you know how to draw a mockup of a future letter, etc.;
• You think not only about how which email will be sent, how and to whom, but also about the next step - the landing page;
• You know how to order landing pages for email marketing needs;
• Experience in European and American markets.

Main tasks:

• Increasing income from the email channel;
• Registering accounts and setting tasks for the integration of new ESPs;
• Setting tasks to create and transfer new variables (triggers, placeholders) to ESP;
• Subscriber segmentation;
• Creation of communication maps with subscribers;
• Analysis of competitors;
• Management of the process of creating new templates from idea to launch;
• Creation and launch of email campaigns;
• Creation and launch is automatedtheir email chains;
• Localization of email communication in 10+ languages;
• Deep monitoring and analysis of key metrics of each template, landing page, reputation;
• Derivation and maintenance of domain and IP reputation at a high level;
• Carrying out AB tests of various formats;
• Cooperation with content copy departments, designers, front/back-end developers, product managers and product marketers;
• Independently monitor industry best practices and implement them within us.
