For our B2B Marketing department, we are looking for a Senior Email & Lead Gen Specialist who, in cooperation with the Performance team, will help us implement effective marketing and email campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns tailored to B2B customer segments, in cooperation with the Performance team, Analyzing the performance of customer segment campaigns using CRM and other analytical tools, Preparing and executing an e-mail marketing strategy for B2B customers, including newsletters, promotional campaigns and transactional emails, Optimizing email design, content and messages to ensure high open and click rates, Developing lead acquisition processes (MQLs), Implementing scoring models to prioritize leads for the sales department . We expect: Experience in a similar position: at least 4 years, Knowledge of English at C1 level and Polish at C2 level, Analytical mind, ability to work with numbers and analyze results, Knowledge of spreadsheets at least intermediate level (pivot tables, vertical search) , Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation/CRM tools, e.g. Mailchimp, getresponse, pipedrive, Knowledge of analytical tools from the Google family (GA4 and GTM) at an intermediate level, Independence, openness to changes and startup culture, Ability to work in a team and between departments, Dynamic and effective approach to assigned tasks.
