We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer for our client — an IT service provider, that helps companies to deliver easily scalable and upgradable apps. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing IT solutions to meet the needs of both internal and external clients. You will apply best practices and advanced methodologies, such as Scrum, to create scalable, efficient, and high-performing solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.

Our client specializes in software development, cloud technology implementation, big data solutions, artificial intelligence services and Consulting and Training.

HQ — California, USA

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 development, including customization, configuration, and integration
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, web services, and middleware
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is a plus
• Upper-Intermediate English and better

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including entity creation, form design, and process automation to meet specific business needs
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, code documentation, and user guides
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient and scalable solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed
• Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies, recommending improvements and innovations
