Job DescriptionThe Senior Director of Training & Retail Excellence will strategize, lead, and implement all aspects of Education and Retail Excellence planning across the omnichannel journey in collaboration with global HQ. This role is responsible for managing structured training programs that meet the needs of the business, develop competencies, elevate storytelling, and improve the client experience. This full time, NY based position will oversee Field, Beauty Advisor, and in store team development with an acute focus on training elevation, a best-in-class luxury client experience, and consistency of retail excellence across all brand touchpoints to uphold the highest standards for our Maison.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesTrainingLead the roadmap planning driving the North America Training & Retail excellence strategy annually, with refinement seasonally and quarterly.Oversee end-to-end training program development and implementation across all brand touchpoints – delivering compelling content and elevating Maison storytellingOversee Maison Francis Kurkdjian Field and in-store team onboarding programs in partnership with Field Leadership, HR, and HQ Training Team.Lead continuous education to ensure the Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand standards are being elevated with consistency and care, utilizing available tools and Maison resourcesLead annual Training workshops, including Train the Trainer & Regional SummitsCreate leadership and team development programs centered around client service excellence and CRM recruitment and retentionFuel ongoing field coaching by establishing side by side in store with field teams to drive daily client experience standards and disciplineDrive retention and leadership initiatives to ensure engagement and ongoing education with tenured Field team members.Track and share progress of training implementation and monitor quantitative and qualitative resultsEnsure the Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand identity and experience is respected in all the points of distribution, continuously liaising with the Field TeamSupport key launches & campaign moments with an educational approach that will elevate each and deliver extraordinary customer experiencesRetail ExcellenceDrive vision for Retail Excellence standards in North America region to ensure elevated standards are upheld and consistent in all points of distributionDrive retail excellence adapted to each partner and retailerSupport vision to continue to elevate brand as key luxury leader in the industryPartner with our Maison Francis Kurkdjian global team to adapt and develop all curriculum and tools needed to deliver retail excellence in the North America marketOversee programs that supplement retailer CRM system maximization in partnership with BAs and Field TeamsPartner with various NYO teams including marketing, sales, ecommerce and visual merchandising to ensure cohesion to the overall retail excellence standardsEventingConcept and support execution of events that drive sales while elevating brand experience, driving strategic traffic at key moments to retail doors, and reaching new audiencesDeliver breakthrough brand events that maximize sales and visibility by translating campaign creative and storytelling into extraordinary brand experiencesLead VIC events in key doors with top clients and brand advocatesRedefine the Retail Event Strategy to balance the role of In Store and Offsite events, and sharpen the conceptual development and expression via event executionLeadershipSet and manage Training & Eventing Budget for North AmericaTravel across North America to partner on field development, in store leadership development and ongoing consistency of the Maison Francis Kurkdjian Client ExperienceCollaborate with Field Teams to create accountability for client data capture and develop and execute training to support the CRM needsLead annual Client Experience assessment in partnership with Field Leadership TeamsStay deeply immersed in industry trends and competitive best practices - to strategize opportunities for future planningEnergizes and enables others Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Кадровое сопровождение Отрасли Производство товаров для личной гигиены
