At Decision Foundry, there is nothing more important than the success of our client engagements. We’re specifically looking for a Project Management Lead who will provide leadership, strategically manage risk, monitor finances and make sure that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule within the project’s scope of work (SOW). You will help to drive the continued growth of our company by building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver consistently excellent results.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and strategic direction for the enterprise PMOOversee client projects, ensuring projects are implemented in alignment with client goals and are completed on-time and within budgetDevelop and continuously assess and improve methodology, processes, and governance to optimize PMO maturityDevelop and implement project management best practices & standards for ensuring repeatable and measurable outcomes, including certifications and qualifications for Program/Project Managers, success measurement criteria, methodologies, and toolsMonitor and manage resources and workload allocation for the enterprise PMO. Set key performance goals and monitor performance indicators, while continually seeking to improve project transparency and efficiencyProvide coaching to PMO teammates for professional development and ensure established processes and best practices are being utilized. Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance, while prioritizing being a pleasure to work withClearly communicate the status of individual projects to stakeholdersRequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:10+ years of project management experience with at least 3 of those in a leadership roleBachelor’s degree or higherProject Management Profession (PMP) CertifiedDemonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident communicatorEffective team leadership and abilities to mentor, coach and transfer knowledge and expertise to othersSelf-starter; willing to take initiativePreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SalesForce and project management tools Experience working with global teams Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)BenefitsWork Setup- Fully RemoteFor New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000.In addition, Decision Foundry offers additional benefits including subsidized medical, dental, 401k plus match, insurance and additional benefit options.Decision Foundry is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
