The goal of the position

is to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services through comprehensive campaigns across various channels.

 

Job description:

  • Define and implement digital strategy (content creation/distribution, website, SEO optimisation, social media and other сhannels).
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns based on prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Utilise a variety of tactics - ABM, paid and organic social, website, webinars, events and email marketing - to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Provide reporting on all digital marketing activities, conversion rates, attribution and pipeline growth and ROI.
  • Own and coordinate digital marketing budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and driving quantifiable ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content for marketing materials across different channels.
  • Provide market research on focus industries to identify pain points and define messaging.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager for B2B/SaaS or similar role.
  • Responsible for developing campaign methodology that includes using segmentation, targeting & positioning, marketing automation & nurturing activities, A/B testing, multi-channel development, that engage and convert audiences across the buyer journey.
  • Good IT/digital skills – including MS Office, CRM systems, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, SEO optimisation, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, C1 (B2 can be accepted for high-desirable candidates).
  • Advanced skills for manipulating large quantities of data quickly.
  • Experience of selling into Europe/overseas (USA).
  • Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing and budget management.

 

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in content adjustment and copywriting.
  • Experience in providing Sales tool kits including collateral and content to help conversion rates.
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and influence key stakeholders.
