The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will beacritical member ofthe Marketing Operation team. Reporting tothe Acquisition Marketing Manager, this position will beresponsible for digital advertising campaign planning and execution, including strategy development, media planning and budgeting, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization. Inthis role, you will: Create new oradapt the existing strategy for each adchannel toreach product goals approved byPMM Independently plan, execute, manage, and optimize new and existing PPC campaigns primarily focused onGoogle Ads search campaigns Analyze ongoing campaigns &provide ideas for future improvements Determine (with PMM) the target audience ofads, ways toaddressit, and admessaging Conduct regular testing toimprove results Allocate budget across different advertising channels Design reporting environment and structure tocapture the current state ofadactivities/ campaigns and their effectiveness, create tools toautomate ongoing operational analytics tokeep track ofproduct goals achievement through adchannel Find new partners (adtools and services) and establish cooperation with them toreach product goals Maintain interaction between team members inorder toimprove/ establish internal processes (adcreation, landing page creation, etc.) required for the implementation ofstrategy Keep abreast ofemerging advertising market trends toincrease the channels` efficiency and upgrade adtools ifneeded Skills you’ll need tobring: 3+years experience indigital advertising marketing, particularly inmanaging Google Ads search campaigns Intermediate level ofEnglish Solid knowledge ofother paid channels/campaign types, such asFacebook Ads, Google Display Network, Google Shopping Campaigns, etc. Strong analytical skills totrack campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate useful reports that inform decision-making Solid knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel (Google Sheets isanoption) Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools, proficient inGoogle Analytics Experience inhypothesis validation and running A/B tests Agreat mix ofcreative and analytical thinking Asense ofownership, ability toself-manage, and great communication skill AsaPlus: Hands-on experience with growth hacking techniques and ademonstrated history ofgrowth success Mobile traffic acquisition experience Successful English copy-testing experience SaaS niche experience What WeOffer ‎We are aUkrainian company, and westand with Ukraine against russian aggression Wemaintain workplaces and salaries for the mobilized Macpawians and provide financial support tocolleagues ortheir families affected bythe war.
