Small, medium, and large customers have used the platform to bring billions of dollars in cumulative spending under management.Requirements5+ years of professional experience handling large-scale production systems.Experience designing new services on AWS or comparable cloud providers, migrating services to the cloud, and deploying new services on AWS or comparable cloud providers.Hands-on experience in Windows administration.Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, GitHub, or equivalent.Experience with scripting language (PowerShell is preferred).Excellent knowledge of large-scale web applications/distributed systems.Knowledge of a programming language, preferably .NET, and development best practices.Critical thinking for continuously challenging how and why we do things to help the project improve.Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and in writing).Willingness to live the company's values: Ensure Customer Success, Focus on Results, and Strive for Excellence.Will Be a PlusKnowledge of Active Directory Services and Federated Services.ResponsibilitiesProvide administration of Windows, web servers, application servers, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud infrastructure support for customer production environments.Own end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.Work closely with product and development to bring availability and scalability forward with all future developments.Perform tools development and automation to increase availability, performance, and deployments.Coordinate incident, problem, and change management.Collaborate with product and support teams to plan and deploy product releases.We OfferUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Annual performance appraisals.Flexibility in workspace, either remote or in one of our development offices.
