Requirements:

* Strong Linux & Networking

* Confident automating application deployment, packaging, and other aspects of release lifecycle. Including hands-on development of Jenkins Jobs using Groovy, BASH and Python.

* Experience in developing/supporting Kubernetes services in Cloud native environments.

* Experience in Containerized CICD processes and orchestration (Docker, Helm, etc.…).

* Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, both technically and personally in a development team.

Advantage:

* Knowledge in Kong API or similar API GW solutions.

* Experience with Istio and Istio Ingress GW.

* Experience with JavaSpring application concepts and code.

Responsibilities:

The platform DevOps team is focused on fast & secure enablement and delivery for the greater RnD Group and their associated projects.

The EPP Group oversees our client’s design, development, and operation of our NextGen Control & Data Plane.

The solution utilizes higher-level Ingress (such as Istio) and next-gen API Gateways (e.g. Kong) as its underlying infrastructure.

These technologies enable many of the features and abilities of the EPP microservices and additional metrics, analytics, and monitoring tools.

In this position, you will work with R&D from the initial design and development cycles of the Multi-Tenant stack of services, all the way to the full onboarding and migration processes of the tenants themselves in the Production
