RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure onGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) toensure high availability, scalability, and security Design, build, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes for deploying and orchestrating microservices Collaborate with software development teams tostreamline the CI/CD pipeline and implement automated build, test, and deployment processes Develop and maintain infrastructure ascode (IaC) using Terraform toautomate the provisioning and configuration ofcloud resources Implement and manage configuration management tools such asAnsible toensure consistent and efficient deployment across environments Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks, taking proactive measures tooptimize and improve overall system reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toinfrastructure, applications, and deployments inatimely manner Participate inthe on-call rotation with the DevOps team, responding toalerts and incidents outside ofregular business hours Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related toDevOps, cloud computing, and containerization REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orarelated technical field Resilient and flexible mindset, open tochanging priorities and adapting tonew challenges and technologies asthe business evolves 3+years ofexperience asaDevOps Engineer orsimilar role with hands-on experience inGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong knowledge ofcontainerisation technologies, particularly Kubernetes, and experience managing containerized environments Proficiency ininfrastructure automation using Terraform for provisioning cloud resources.
