Senior DevOps Engineer in Gearheart

Gearheart is a technology company specializing in the development of web applications for both startups and established businesses. We currently have 45 employees and we continue to grow rapidly.

We strive to constantly increase our expertise and develop in working on complex projects that we create from scratch for clients around the world. At this stage we want to strengthen our team of Senior DevOps Engineer.

Tech stack: 

⚙️CI/CD: GitLab CI , GitHub Actions

⚙️AWS, Docker, Bash, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as code (IaC)(Terraform), Helm, Networking

⚙️Databases: PostgreSQL , MongoDB

Actions and expected work results:

• Implement Terraform modules and integrate IaC into existing applications. 
• Maintain application infrastructure on AWS.
• Maintain and monitor AWS infrastructure and services.
• Maintain AWS ECS, AWS EKS, infrastructure on physical servers and Dockerized infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging for applications and infrastructure.
• Create automated deployment templates for small applications.
• Communicate effectively with other teams and implement support 
• Continuously improve and optimize CI/CD processes.

Requirements:

• English - Upper-Intermediate and above.
• DevOps experience of at least 5 years.

Interview process:

1. Call with Victoria, recruiter (30 min) — you will get more information about the company, projects and cooperation.
2. Technical interview with Igor, DevOps (1 hour) — you will share your technical experience and key achievements You will be able to ask clarifying questions, so prepare them in advance😉
3. Meeting with Volodymyr, CEO (30 min) - you will learn more about the strategic goals of the company, as well as expectations from your role. Tell us about your relevant experience.
