If you have a strong background in system administration in cloud environments, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Manage, automate, and maintain customer environments, deployments and ConfigurationsTroubleshoot and problem-solve across platform domainKeep up with industry best practices, trends, and standardsIdentify automation opportunities – designs and develop automation solutions that improve operations and efficiencyPlan, design and implement key software infrastructure-related systems and componentsIdentify bottlenecks and technical gaps as well as optimization options, and plan system capacityPerform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actionsContribute to further enhancing Agile and DevOps cultureParticipate in the escalation on-call layer on a weekly basisRequirements:5+ years of a strong background in Linux/Unix Administration3+ years experience in AWS administration in a production environment (deep understanding of VPCs, ELBs, ASG, RDS, IAM, EKS, ECS, etc.)3+ years of practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker3+ years of practical experience with IAAC (Terraform)Experience with the continuous integration systems (Jenkins, GitHub actions)Understanding of the OOP principles for the development and maintenance of the Jenkins pipelines (Python, Groovy)Monitoring, logging and alerting systems (Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK-stack, PagerDuty)Desirable:Organized and well-acquainted with cloud support methodologiesSecurity mindedResponsible and reliable personUnderstanding disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) conceptsExperience with Hashicorp ConsulKnowledge of IT operations best practices for production environment supportWhat's in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
