From optimizing performance toensuring the security and stability ofour platform, your contributions will bevital inshaping the future ofour company.Requirements:Minimum of3-5 years insoftware infrastructure.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Confirmed experience indesigning, building, and operating high-load infrastructures.Deep knowledge ofsecurity best practices and experience inimplementing and maintaining compliance standards.Experience inmanaging complex projects, including coordination with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge and experience with AWS and services such asIAM, AWS Networking, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch.In-depth knowledge and experience with Docker.In-depth knowledge and experience inKubernetes (AWS EKS knowledge isaplus).In-depth experience with tools like GitLab CI/CD.Extensive experience with tools such asGrafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog.Strong experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, orCloudFormation.Knowledge and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB administrationIn-depth knowledge and experience with message brokers (SQS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).Experience with GitOps, ChatOps, Helm.Skills inoptimizing infrastructure costs.Proficiency inany languages such asPython, Go, Bash.Good hands-on experience with Linux OS.In-depth understanding and practical experience with Networking.Responsibilities:Develop and implement solutions and best practices toensure high system reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.Implement Infrastructure asCode (IaC) practices, contributing tothe automation, implementation, and support ofscalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.Build and maintain arobust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, automating build, test, and deployment processes toenhance efficiency and reliability.Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions toproactively detect performance issues, ensuring system availability and reliability.Implement and maintain security practices and methods, ensuring adherence tosecurity standards and regulatory compliance.Solve complex technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures. Collaborate with various teams totroubleshoot and resolve system failures and performance bottlenecks.Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, including regular backup procedures, toensure data integrity and system availability.Work collaboratively with development, operations, and security teams toensure the infrastructure effectively supports organizational needs.Lead the response tocomplex technical issues, including incident management and conducting post-mortem analysis.Participate inanon-call rotation torespond tocritical system issues and outages outside ofnormal business hours, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.Participate instrategic planning forIT infrastructure, aligning the infrastructure strategy with the organization’s overall goals.Assist inbudgeting decisions, focusing oncost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.What else isimportant tous about this person?Wevalue honesty and independence.
