Senior Designer Description

Our team is looking for a Senior Designer to join our Digital Strategy & Design department in Ukraine.

Our organization boasts over 200 designers who contribute to our large, global design collective consisting of more than 1,000 multi-disciplinary designers, researchers, and consultants. We are dedicated to leveraging design to forge impactful customer experiences across various platforms and touchpoints.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to grasp their business objectives
• Assess and verify your concepts with stakeholders and users
• Develop and provide UX assets such as user flows, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes informed by user research and customer feedback, adaptable across numerous devices and interfaces
• Engage in exploratory and research activities, including user interviews, heuristic evaluations, or competitor reviews
• Lead and contribute to design workshops
• Document client needs and aid in the creation of design outputs for projects
• Join feasibility review meetings with front-end developers and architects
• Provide accurate estimates
• Collaborate with the design team by sharing updates and challenges, and ensuring transparency in workloads
• Meet project deadlines and coordinate with design leads to prioritize tasks
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural, and user testing tools
• Mentor junior designers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in design roles
• Comprehensive understanding of research-driven design processes
• Capability to generate design specifications and prototypes
• Robust foundation in theoretical knowledge including Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design, and Art styles
• Ability to interpret and present research outcomes, conceptual ideas & detailed designs to all client levels
• Responsible for the full spectrum of design deliverables in a project, including experience maps, user journeys, interaction models, flows, IA schemes, systematic design, interaction design, etc
• Proficient storytelling skills for convincingly communicating design solutions to clients
• Strong systematic and conceptual thinking; competent in providing effective feedback and justifying design choices
• Advanced presentation capabilities
• Proficient English proficiency, both written and spoken (B2 or higher)
