We are currently looking for a Senior Designer for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await:

— Full responsibility for branding and design for PR & Reputaton;
— Management and implementation of design of high-quality materials from concept to implementation: identities, static creatives, landing pages, presentations, videos, etc.;
— Creation and implementation of creative strategies, marketing and influencer campaigns, as well as creative participation in the formation of content plans;
—Managing the creative team of in-house and freelance designers and copywriters, setting priorities, allocating resources, brainstorming and ensuring goals are met;
—Managing the process of creating content from users (UGC);
— Analytics of the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives with content, tracking of key indicators;
—Competitor and industry trend research.

What is important to us:

— 2+ years of work experience in a similar position;
- Competent English (minimum B2);
—Interest in PR, content marketing and relevant trends;
— Excellent command of all the software necessary to perform design tasks;
—Understanding the laws of composition, typography, color and good aesthetic taste;
—Creativity and the ability to generate ideas;
- Ability to work with AI.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the charity initiative "Milky Way" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder for the support of the ZSU. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
