About the Role Weare seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager tojoin our team. Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile orScrum methodologies. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource strategies for timely delivery. Provide and oversee the framework for otherDM, toensure consistency across GT Project governance managing stakeholders atall levels inaconsistent way across GT Flexible and adaptable, willing totake onoperational tasks asneeded tohelp the team Client Communication: Participate inpre-sale calls with prospects together with the business development team asneeded. Manage client relationships, expectations, and feedback effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and proactive communication. Comfortable working and maintaining multiple client relationships and projects Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams, ensuring project requirements are met. Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Financial and Resource Management: Track project costs, budgets, and resource allocations. Make data-driven decisions for optimal resource utilization and project success. Generate compelling proposals and quotes for clients based onthe briefing materials provided carrying out additional discovery work asneeded Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and address project challenges and risks promptly. Make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and drive problem resolution. Effective escalation toexecutives providing choice and recommendations asneeded Carry out root cause analysis and retrospective project reviews and implement steps tomitigate and improve based onlearnings Change Management: Manage scope changes and organizational transitions effectively. Foster adaptability and resilience within teams tonavigate changes. Essential knowledge, skills &experience: Proven experience (5+years) inproject management/delivery management roles., technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy, technical product management, BA, orsimilar roles. Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Technical background and previous hands-on experience insoftware engineering, QA, orrelated fields are aplus but not necessary Demonstrated ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Commitment tocontinuous learning, professional development, and team success. Flexible team player who collaborates effectively with functions across the organization Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken Nice-to-have Lead cross-functional teams, part-time team members, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
