Senior Delivery Manager

Responsibilities :

• Creation, implementation, control and monitoring of transformation project plans;
• Balancing project implementation with available resources and priorities;
• Coordination of external and internal stakeholders involved in projects;
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, including problem identification and resolution;
• Management of possible risks and problems within time, cost and quality limits, including the development of contingency plans;
• Coordination of work of project teams, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in the position of Delivery / Senior Project Management;
• Experience working in RMO or building Delivery from scratch;
• Experience with SAFe or LeSS;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Practical experience in working with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) and managing several teams;
• Ability to manage projects at all stages;
• Service and client orientation, focus on results;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Will be a plus:

• Agile and/or PMI certification;
• Technical background (software development, QA, etc.);
• Work experience in international IT companies.
