Senior DBA Engineer (Azure) in Luxoft

Building a trading platform for innovative international top-tier hedge fund from the ground up, comprising of front-office system for traders, pre-trade checks and analysis, intra-day positions management, order management and routing, risks and limits management, reports of trading activities, FIX connectivity, market data providers connectivity (e.g. Bloomberg B-pipe).

Responsibilities

Build automation tools and support them

Team Player with the ability to work with development, support and QA teams.

Troubleshoot inquiries and outages

Think of ways to standardize work-flows and keep QA, UAT and Prod alike.

Skills

Must have

5+ years of experience as an DBA engineer responsible for deployment and maintenance of production systems

Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure)

Extensive dedicated DBA experiences in MSSQL/AzureSQL

"Native" to Microsoft technologies (Azure/Windows)

Well-versed in PROD support and scripting (Powershell, windows command line)

Familiar how MSSQL/AzureSQL work in Azure environment
