Your future functionality:

• Participate in data analysis, model development, and solution implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities to use data to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implementing Data Science strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and objectives. Contributing to the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex problems and optimize business processes (models forecasting, churn models, recommendation models, propensity models, customer clustering, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of data initiatives.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in implementing and developing a scientific approach to data (Data Science) in organizations (preferably in the banking sector).
• Higher economic or technical education.
• Practical experience as a Data Scientist with Python - 3 years.
• SQL (high level); including machine learning packages (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), boosting packages ( lightgbm, xgboost), ML/DS frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), MS Office software package (high level).
• English - above average (B2).
• Fluent command of business Ukrainian language.
