We believe that talented people can create cool projects, wherever they are! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our DS team. In this role, you will use advanced analytics and data science techniques to improve the quality of traffic on our platform, increase engagement and user satisfaction. Your innovative solutions will contribute to the strategic improvement of our job search functionality and the improvement of the overall user experience. You are our ideal candidate if you have: 4+ years of experience in Data Science, with experience in the development of DS projects from 0 to production; applied experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, predictive modeling and A/B testing; strong Python development skills and in-depth knowledge of the ML stack (sklearn, numpy, pandas, PyTorch, etc.); ability to solve complex business challenges and the ability to implement projects from start to finish; excellent communication skills for effective interaction with other product teams. It will be an advantage: previous experience in the domain of traffic (paid/organic); experience in working with Big Data (Spark/Hadoop). The following tasks await you: lead and take responsibility for DS projects from scratch to production , ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency; develop and implement complex predictive models to analyze and improve traffic quality, as well as to improve user experience; conduct comprehensive data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns and insights that directly impact traffic management strategies ;lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize search algorithms, user experience with an emphasis on quality improvementtraffic and its conversion; collaborate with product teams to integrate DS solutions aimed at improving traffic quality and user experience; mentoring team members, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
