Senior Data Engineer (Renewable Energy) Lviv, Chernivtsi, remotely Basic requirements: —5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer; — 2+ years of commercial experience in the field of Consulting/Business Informatics (BI); — Experience in data warehouses and BI environment with Microsoft products, especially Power-BI and Synapse, with relevant certificates; — Excellent knowledge and experience of working with SQL; — Deep knowledge of analysis, concepts and design of data models; —Professional IT education (Computer engineering, Computer science and related fields)— English level — Intermediate level. — Personal qualities: customer orientation, sociability, organization, discipline, ability to work in a team. It will be a plus: —Knowledge of SAP landscapes, such as SAP BI, SAP BW, etc.; —Knowledge of the Spanish language; —Experience of working in a Scrum environment. The project is software for monitoring and analyzing the operation of wind and solar power plants. In addition to monitoring, it also integrates tools for financial, operational and maintenance. Remote monitoring is possible, disinformation can be obtained in real time. Responsibilities on the project: — Work with databases (SQL); — Development and optimization of data collection, processing and consumption processes; — Analysis and design of data models; — Construction, management and integration of data architectures; —Increasing performance; — Validation of data to maintain their quality; —Bug fixing; —Participation in the SCRUM process. Organization of work processes: — Work schedule: flexible, but it is necessary to participate in all team meetings; —Conducting meetings: Scrum meetings (daily, planning, demo, retro).
