Our growing team is looking for senior data engineer, servicing advisory and delivery practices and capable of driving enterprise data initiatives from architecture through DW implementations through data visualization and distribution.Important - candidates MUST have deep practical experience with Microsoft stack - MS SQL/Azure SQL, Azure instruments for Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Warehouses, ETL/ELT, and PowerBI.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:- University Degree in Computer Science or Statistics, or related major.- Practical experience with SQL engines - MS SQL, Azure SQL, Postgres - relational and OLTP data modeling, DW modeling and implementation, appropriate tuning and optimization- In depth understanding of analytical data models- Practical knowledge of SSIS, Data Factory, custom ETL- Knowledge of python is a plus- Fast learner and enforcing best practices throughout implementation stack- Ability to understand customers' domains (financial, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing and others) and propose appropriate data, database, data governance, information architecture etc- Practical in-depth experience with PowerBI and related tools- Practical experience with devops practices within data ecosystem- Practical experience imposing security practices - data masking, encryption, hashing, sensitivity, gateways- ELT/ETL- SAS/R, other programming languages is a big plus
