As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Engineer at our company, you will play a critical role in managing our large data sets, developing scalable data pipelines, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to support our analytics capabilities . You will work closely with our team of developers, analysts and product managers to transform data into actionable insights that will drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Design, build and maintain efficient, reliable and scalable data pipelines. Leverage Apache Spark in the ecosystem AWS for complex data processing and analysis tasks. Manage and optimize data storage and query solutions using Amazon Redshift and Amazon Athena. Develop and optimize ETL processes using Spark, AWS Glue or Apache Airflow on Amazon EMR. Implement DevOps practices for operations data pipeline, including workflow automation using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and AWS CDK. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that will meet business needs. Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. Ensure data integrity and adhere to company data governance and security policies. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data development or related positions, focusing on big data transformation challenges. Proficiency in Apache Spark for data processing and analysis in the AWS ecosystem .Deep understanding of database technologies, including experience with Amazon Redshift and Amazon Athena.Experience designing and optimizing complex ETL processes.Experience implementing DevOps practices, particularly in AWS environments.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams. Experience in delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Fluent in English. AWS certification in the relevant fields is a plus.
