Our goal is to track, visualize, and measure development and product-related metrics from multiple sources to gain valuable insights into various business segments.We are developing a robust BI solution that spans four critical data segments:Products - Insights on product usage related to software.Planning/Financials - Retrospective planning and financials, focusing on capitalization, depreciation, spend, and assets.Development Implementation - Insights on development performance (e.g., DORA), although this is not a current priority.Our priority is to enhance visibility into our "NEEDS Process" and software capitalization & depreciation process. We have integrated data from Jira and an internal Resource Management Tool into a BigQuery and Looker-based solution, with plans to integrate Datadog.Responsibilities:Integrate and adapt data from various sources directly within Looker, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Create and maintain insightful dashboards that provide reliable and actionable insights.Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.Stay updated with the latest developments in BI technologies and methodologies to continuously enhance our BI capabilities.Mandatory Skills Description:BigQuery & Looker Expertise: Extensive experience with Looker, including setting up and working with Explores, views, and LookML.SQL Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.LookML Knowledge: Advanced understanding of LookML for data visualization and direct data adaptation within Looker.Version Control and Task Management: Experience with git code repositories and version control.Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data presented in dashboards.Jira Experience: Familiarity with Jira, as it is a primary data source.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL processes, even though they are not currently implemented.Additional BI Tools: Exposure to other BI tools and platforms, enhancing flexibility and innovation in our BI solutions.Languages:English: C1 Advanced Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівеньType of employment Part-time employment Job responsibilities Information Technology Industries IT services and IT Consulting
