Senior Data Analyst (Marketing) in Universe Group

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Data Analyst to join the Guru Apps team and help scale the business through deep analysis of marketing data. In this role, you will build processes for working with data, look for hidden patterns, weaknesses and opportunities for product growth, and you will be able to grow in that direction. 

We are definitely for you if you want to:

• Work with a lot of data — our marketers launch worldwide advertising campaigns through various traffic attraction channels (Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok and others), spending millions of dollars per month.

• Conduct quality analytics —we have both the entire history for many years and real-time data. We collect data in Amplitude and Appsflyer, infrastructure on AWS. 

• Influence company processes and business results, as well as propose and implement own ideas.

Your future challenges:

• Data analysis, search regularities, presentation of research - we expect that by your example you will increase the general level of data analysis in the company.

• Building analytics processes in marketing.

• Implementation of automation, scaling and acceleration of reporting and monitoring systems. 

• Adapting analytics to changes in technology (event tracking, attribution models, new advertising cabinets) - the marketing team needs your help in achieving goals.

• Working closely with performance marketing, product and development teams, generating and implementing ideas. 

• Mentoring of less experienced analysts, planning and prioritization of backlog tasks.

What you need to join us:

• From 3 years of experience in analytics data 

• Strong skills in Python, SQL. 

• Excellent knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory. 

• Experience working with large data sets. 

• Strong managerial qualities, ability to charge and motivate the team. 

• Superpowers – proactivity, critical thinking and business orientation. 

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with mobile applications with a subscription model monetization 

• Mentoring experience.
