Senior Data Analyst (Keiki) in Genesis

Keiki works on the interface EdTech and GameDev in the children's category, develops applications and web products for kids from 2 to 6 years old.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Interaction with the team of Performance Marketing Managers with with the aim of finding marketing insights
• Analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses to identify business growth points
• Creating dashboards and ad hoc reports, monitoring data integrity and reliability
• Ownership and development of data analytical processes
• Interaction with cross-functional teams and prioritization of requests from stakeholders
• Operational control of key metrics and identification of causes of discrepancies

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• SQL, Python
• Experience with BI services (Tableau preferred, Power BI or others)
• Understanding of marketing funnel and product metrics
• Good information structuring and visualization skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and ability to complete tasks turnkey
• Experience of working with several stakeholders at the same time

Will be a plus:

• Experience of administering ETL processes
• Experience with subscription-based monetization
• Experience with LTV forecasting
• Understanding of marketing data attribution and experience with performance marketing
