We are looking for an analytics specialist with whom our team will reach a new level!

With the help of our product (HUB), which collects data automatically, you can receive material for processing according to customer specifications and business tasks.

Your future working day is:

• Full participation in analytics projects, including the creation of comprehensive reports for our clients.
• Identification and analysis of atypical information campaigns, development of recommendations based on the received data.
• Implementation of the discussed KPIs, cooperation with the team and the Project manager to improve the quality of reports.

Your future tasks:

• Creation of analytical reports "from scratch" with deep data analysis.
• Partial work with regular reports.
• Work with large data sets, their analysis and visualization.
• Determination of atypical information campaigns, IPSO, bot attacks on the basis of media data analysis.
• Interacting with clients and project teams to gather requirements and create reports that meet their needs.
• Development of recommendations based on the results of analytics. — Constant monitoring of the media space to identify key trends and changes.
• Development together with the Project manager of solutions to increase the efficiency of the department, improve reports, switch to new analytical tools.

Your task is happy customers who understand how to close their tasks with the help of the product, understand the value and content of analytical reports and stay with us as long as possible. Meeting your KPIs will help us optimize and improve the quality of reports, sell them more and earn more.

For this you need:

• Higher education in the field of analytics, statistics, economics, sociology, communications or related fields
< li> Courses or certifications in data science, media analytics, or business analytics would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of analytics, of which at least 2 years as a senior analyst.
• Experience in detection and analysis of atypical information campaigns, IPSO, bot attacks will be a big plus.
• High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail, critical thinking.
• Deep understanding of basic data tools and methods (statistics, forecasting, clustering, etc.).
• Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of information.
• Ability to build logical and understandable analytical reports with in-depth analysis.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on data.
• High motivation and self-organization. You will work independently, we will provide freedom and authority, as well as responsibility.
• Experience in processing and analyzing data using AI tools is desirable.
• English language - mandatory (B2 and above)
• Ukrainian language - mandatory, professional oral and written level.

Hard Skills:

• Confident mastery of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other toolsfor data visualization.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for data processing and analysis would be a plus.
• Knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, CrowdTangle, etc.).
• Understanding the principles of working with big data (Big Data).
