Senior Data Analyst in Abto Software

Abto Software islooking for aSenior Data Analyst with apassion for visualizing and digging into trends inhealthcare claims and operational datasets. You’ll work ondatasets that enable the Company tobetter serve and engage members and also deliver public health services insmarter more efficient ways. Inthis position, you will have the agency toown problems from start tofinish and work directly with business stakeholders who act onthe insights you discover.Core Responsibilities:Create and present clear and actionable data visualizations and reports tocommunicate findings and insights tostakeholders.Extend our business intelligence functionality tomaximize self-service and automate requests.Design and execute complex SQL queries and scripts toextract, transform, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Perform exploratory data analysis touncover trends, patterns, and insights that contribute tobusiness and clinical objectives.Provide expert-level data validation toensure data quality and consistency, identifying anomalies and inconsistencies indata sets.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams tounderstand and define data requirements for adhoc queries and data validation requests.Develop and maintain documentation for query and data validation processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.Hard skills:Bachelor’s inarelevant field such asStatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, orarelated quantitative discipline.Proven experience (5+years) asaData Analyst, preferably inhealthcare.Proficiency inSQL and atleast one business intelligence tool experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Proficiency indata visualization tools such asTableau, Power BI, Looker, orasimilartool.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis isrequired.Familiarity with the Holistics platform would beaplus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability totranslate complex data into meaningful insights.Experience with data validation techniques and best practices toensure data accuracy and integrity.Excellent communication skills, with the ability topresent findings and insights toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.Our benefits:Professional and career growth promotion;Competitive salary;Paid vacations and sick leaves;Internal Medical Program;Program for veterans (which includes mentorship, anaccessible office for individuals with disabilities, legal support, and additional benefits);Flexible working hours;Regular corporate social activities;Regular technical training atour office;English courses;Gym, etc.
