Senior Customer Support Manager in SKELAR

We're building the Netflix of books and comics, a platform with the best original content. AlphaNovel aims to give every author - and millions of them worldwide - the opportunity to publish their book and readers to choose future bestsellers. We have a team of 38 professionals who are building the future of the publishing world of the 21st century. We have gone through the path of finding economic units, we continue to actively grow and scale all operational processes. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager. What challenges await:— Working with B2C & B2B directions;— Supporting existing and attracting new partners/clients;— Working with international partners who are responsible for the content of the AlphaNovel marketplace;— Increasing the share of exclusive content on the platform to 30%. What is important for us:— Written English of level B2/C1;— Proactivity and search for new approaches in engaging creators;— Systematic work and attention to details;— Experience with GoogleDocs. It will be a plus:— Experience with English-speaking markets ;— Love of books and reading;— Experience of working in a dynamic business environment. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
