Growe is waiting for those who want to: Determine the CRM strategy for brands (Casino, Sport), create a CRM plan with activities for all customer life cycles; Plan, conduct and analyze advertising campaigns for activation, retention and reactivation of players; Analyze and create segments for promotional campaigns; Order the design and text of advertising promotions; Determine the best approaches for player activation; Participate in testing hypotheses related to retention and activation indicators; Make an overview of events (tournaments, sports events), covering all the main dates with promotions and notifications; Create automated funnels to keep players; Monitor retention rates on a weekly and monthly basis: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn, ATPU, ARPU, etc.; Monitor campaign performance indicators weekly and monthly: usage conversion bonus, percentage of bids, etc.; Increase communications metrics: OR emails, CR, CTOR, SMS delivery speed. We need your professional experience: At least 3 years of experience as a CRM manager or a similar position; Good understanding of markets and customer needs; Experience in conducting and optimizing communication campaigns; Understanding CRM technology and how user experience affects conversion; Mastery of Excel, Google spreadsheets and presentations; Project Management skills; English language proficiency equal to Upper-Intermediate.
